=D i asked kathy when my ipod would be shipped from the oct 15/16 redeeming since I have yet to receive the e-mail with the tracking number.. seems like forever, and she responded that not all the stuff shipped yet, and if there's still no e-mail by the end of next week, I should contact her again and she'll do it personally for me.. so i guess for sc'ers that haven't gotten any response or e-mail, its worth a try on e-mailing kathy and ask!
