Some of the CSMs at Scarborough Town Center don't understand SCOP and want to fight it all the time...while others understand it...and don't argue...it's like...esp if you are wearing the red vest...you should know about SCOP!...it's by all your cash registers!...ARGH...VENT!

I know it's a bit far, but if you guys are in the west end @ Heartland, It seems that the employees/managers understand more about their policies/SCOP. I never have any transaction problems here. Just FYI. Nice SCOP deal to you!

I hardly shop at that WM anymore, but it is the one closest to me. I find that the cashiers on the lower level are much worst than the ones upstairs.... not sure why, since they probably rotate. But I have to use that checkout since my car is usually parked on that level.

That's funny...I was at Walmart yesterday and had a t-shirt for my son that I was able to SCOP on. I told the kid at the till that it had scanned wrong. He said that he would adjust the price for me, and I said no, I get to use SCOP on it and get it for free. He kind of smiled at me, and said, "I know, but most customers don't know about SCOP, and we aren't supposed to encourage it." So I just told him that it pays to be a smart shopper, and he chuckled and agreed.
