Your guy at work probably has the same driving record as my BF. I pay almost 600$ to have him as an occasional driver 10% on my car. He can't get insured on a car so.... (insert mean laugh) he has to take the bus sometimes.

and the twit contests everything and all his court dates were the same month SO it's 2 yrs from the date you're judged GUILTY (which was in July) before your file starts dropping these off. He only has 3 points left. If he gets caught picking his nose from now until July next year he's toast! I'm not even sure I'll be able to renew for him this year... it's going to be VERY expensive.
