Went to the farm, last weekend they are open, stocked up on all the veggies, sniff, sniff, winter is coming. :(
Mulligatawny soup made....my favourite!
I was feeding my fish and frogs today and decided to watch them eat.
I noticed something interesting, two of the dwarf frogs took a piece of food and started tugging at it. At first I thought they were fighting over it until I saw them tear it in two then each eat their piece, and I remembered that they dont eat the same way. They grab food and shove it down their mouths and this was too big for them so they worked together.
Another piece of food was in front of one of the small catfish and he took it in his mouth when too a frog and the frog tore a bit off and ate then the catfish ate what was left..
It was interesting to see how the catfish and frogs got along and helped each other while with the other fish it was every man for himself.
