My dental hygenist is getting into coupons now too. Before xmas I took her a big envie and she told me today she used some. Yay!!! Another convert.

I had a very unpleasant start to my day. The minute I stepped out of the shower the apartment building fire alarm went off....GREAT. I quickly threw on my work clothes and ran down to my supers apartment to see what was going on. Since most of the people in my building are over the age of 80 I knew I would be his only help. The minute I got downstairs he handed me the phone and told me to call 911 and report the alarm, while he ran around the building seeing if he could find it.

Thankfully it turned out to be nothing but it was a little scary at first. This is the first time I have experience an apartment building fire alarm. With the response from the people in my building, I would worry about casualties if there ever was a real fire. Most of the residents just went back into their apartments and put a pot of coffee on. :-~

that is a horrible way to start your day off and how nice of you to run down to help :)
i grew up in a condo where some idiots on a regular basis would think it would be funny to pull the fire alarm in the middle night so i have to admit everytime our fire alarm ever went off we pretty much just ignored it
