well this particular episode is too much for me. at about 10:35 I had to shut off the tv. Usually I don't have too much difficulty with Criminal Minds but this one I can barely stomach. I do hope they don't continue to be this bad into the next season tho. I wonder if part of it is that it reminds me of the picton farm murders and that makes it so difficult to stomach or if it really is that gruesome?
I am going to bed tho-I think I need to watch something else first to get those images out of my head! something pleasent and funny!

The Countess is borderline awake
Morning all. At least the sun is up now, the dog & I were out when it was still dark.
Hopefully the nosy early-bird neighbours enjoyed the sight of a half-asleep human stumbling around trying to encourage the doggy to hurry up so they could go back in the nice warm apt. Brrr, it was cool out there!
