Nah, those contractions were real contractions. I've been having Braxton Hicks now for about three months, but no progress has been made (that I know of, my doctor won't check me).

Andit I hear you! I stayed in bed till 8 because it is so cold outside! and in my room too! My clothes were sure chilly this morning! I hate puttin on cold clothes! I thought I should have placed them in line with the heater but far enough away that it would be safe so they would not be so cold in the morning but I didn't know if I would have more mice and I don't want them crawling on my clothes!

It's brighter now, but it was raining when we got up around 9. I had to bribe the dog with a treat to get out of bed. She HATES the rain. Thunder & lightning, on the other hand, are great fun - she LOVES to sit in the window & watch for lightning. Yes, she's weird.

When I called my parents, who are about a 20 min drive from me, they had sunshine. I swear the weather changes from street to street in Toronto.

the weather is like that here too! We will be having rainstorm and Red Deer won't (they will be sunny) and Red Deer is 11km away from us! oh and sometimes when it is raining-not even a km away the road is completely dry and then a little ways down it is soaking wet...I suppose that is what they call scattered showers? lol

Well, I've cleaned the basement and vaccuumed the upstairs. No, I'm not nesting, it was definately necessity. The basement was a write-off, and the floor up here hasn't been touched in a week. I'm done for the day.

Everything is irritating me, though, today. DS dropped his juice on the floor twice this morning, and it drove me crazy. The dog woke up whining, and now he's outside for the day because he was driving me crazy. The smoke detector is still beeping and it's driving me crazy. I had to kick DH and DS outside because they were driving me crazy. I think I need to lie down this afternoon and have a little sleep while DS is sleeping - if they ever come inside

Had a rough night. My baby brother (he's 18) called me at 2am crying because he crashed his truck. He's okay, but the truck sure isn't. His dog died a couple of weeks ago too...poor kid.
