maybe I should go work on something. I decided tho that two can play this game so I am ignoring him too which usually works but he is not giving in really. He did come on my bed for a bit late this afternoon. But he left again.
Off to bed. The critters are already asleep. Had a late lunch, skipped dinner, then had a snack a little while ago. Maybe tomorrow, I`ll be back to normal after today`s weirdness.

I think it's amazing how much support we can give as an online community.
It's funny, we're all connected by this little virtual thread, ostensibly to talk about deals and coupons and stuff. But we're a real community and I'm sure that love and support is being felt as deeply as what you get from family and friends.
We're distant yet close, virtual yet real, silent yet heard. Most of all, the feelings are genuine and heartfelt. It's times like these when a community like this really counts. :love:

When I first started having conversations with "virtual" people about 5 yrs ago, my parents were pretty freaked. They only knew about the wingnuts that you hear about on the news (not in a good way). Then I started turning my online friends into real-life friends & their eyes were opened.
I was around when chat rooms were just starting up (I'm old) & for a long time I avoided social networking sites, cause I'd had some weird experiences (& I'm *really* open-minded). But I am so glad I found this place. I've met so many nice people & made quite a few friends.
I was in a cranky mood the other day & one of the SCers did a very kind thing for me, that just made my day & it was impossible to be cranky after that (no matter how obnoxiously the instigator of my crankiness tried).
I can't begin to tell ya'll how happy I am to have found this site & the wonderful folks on here. :flowers:
I better stop now, since this is not twitter worthy or twitterable. Of course, I'm a twit, so there. :P

Seriously not to make light of the events of the last few days but even though we may not "know" the person at the other end of the line, pain is pain and it is a shared experience for most of us and I think that's why we all feel the need to ((((hug))))) those that are having difficulty.

I am having a lot of trouble with SC this week. Can't get to some forums, posting lag time is very long. Is it just me. I'm with Sympatico.
I have so many messages to answer and I can't. Naybe when I get back it will be fixed. The tea room is the only place i seem to be able to get to easily.
