Yesterday, my husband and son just kept taking turns boosting each others' vehicles; plugging in didn't really help, not with the temps we've had.
For others to know, it's -36 here, -47 with windchill. The car is smart to not want to start!

It's a cold for sure. I have a pattern, sneeze one day, sore throat the next, then all goes to my head for about 3 days. Then I can't smell anything for 2 weeks. LOL

Our cord for our block heater went. Last year it was the block heater itself. Now we are towing it to crappy tire and having them replace the cord with a spear cord we have, 200.00 for really nothing.

The tree is 20ft high and touches the ceiling. I wrapped a rope around my waist and dragged it through the front door which my cousin had to take off the frame. The lights were started while the tree was laying on the floor, then we used a pole with a hook to do the rest. The kids will put some ornaments by the bottom and my cousin will use the pole to do some ornaments up top. This is the fourth year they have put a tree like that here. Btw, a wire is wrapped around the top holding it against the wall.

Every morning when I thought I was going to pass out I got A second wind. I was in my early 20's, I'm almost 40 now so no more crap like that for me (I hope;))

I actually went to bed early. Bed time on normal days is 8/9 am :icon_santa:
