I'm envious....I haven't been able to taste anything for 3 days (due to a cold) and it's getting depressing. On the upside I actually ate a bowl of Shreddies today, which I normally hate, since I knew I wouldn't taste them. I think I've discovered a new weight loss strategy.

Back from DQ. Got a diet pop for DH and a reg. one for me.I can't stand the taste of diet pop so when they can none of the tabs were pushed in I asked the girl which one was diet.She took of the top of one and smelt it??:shrug:Then said this one is diet.I asked if she was sure and she said she would get me new ones.Not sure how she thought the smelt any different!?!

Not me.I sometimes feel that way as well.Someone can often take what one says in different ways.It is the downside to chats like this.Words get lost in the keys.:(

I'm trying to stay neutral, but when people believe things based on myths often perpetuated by the media, it's hard not to come across as cranky.

I don't think I've offended anyone, but just in case I sent a couple of rep comments out with apologies.

If anyone feels I've offended them, please pm me. I'll send an apology asap. I'll even do it in the form of a limerick. :)
