There are very few that I can take so I hear you in that......you cannot take ANY???
What about oil of oregano ??? There is a good website that has info on it....I will try and find it shortly.....Is it an open wound??? I have never tried it on an open wound and have heard that it can sting but it is a natural option....as long as you are not allergic to that too!!! Of course you would have to research it before hand to be sure it fits your situation.....I use it as a preventative for the flu in flu season....
Keeping it covered too much too can cause infection....
sorry to hear that.....does regular tape work?

So I have non stick gauze on it and the J&J tape but the big problem is that it's right a my waist line do uness I am in a nightgown there is always a bit of friction and I hate not getting dressed every day.
As long as it's healing a bit I'm o.k. Slowy but surely. It usually takes about 3-4 weeks that's how long it waswith the hole in my c-sectin. O.k. enough grssing out everyone. LOL
I just called the window company any my warrenty is up on the thermal window so it will cost about $500 for a new one(the seal broke and it's all foggy inside). Oh well it has been 12 years.

There was a crazy guy in the little village that I grew up in the walked into the corner store one day asking for maxi pads. The clerk found it kinda strange because he lived alone and NO woman would go near him!! He went on to tell the clerk that it was for a cut he had on his belly that he got while using his chain saw!! Although he was crazy he did have a good idea with the maxi pad. They are clean and they could stick to you shirt.

Lol! they do work!!! I totally forgot about that!!!
I used them after a c-section and i had issues....offers some comfort under the pants!!! Have to make sure you do not use scented though....I was told they can make things worse!!! but have to make sure to allow the wound or whatever to have 'air' time......

I just got back from the vet...I am so happy, I don't have to put down one of my cats...he had a UTI and I got it in time that he's just on meds and he should be ok...I couldn't sleep all weekend, I was so sad I thought he would die...

Have you ever tried honey?
It is a "lost in the wilds" and shaman(the real ones) remedy to prevent infections and cure wounds.
