Patty just informed me that I took the wrong bag to Value Village. Apparently the bag outside with the cans to bring back was NOT the one with the shoes. That bag was in the garage. The one I took and put in their bin is our garbage. I think it's funny in a sick twisted kind of way because I did not do on purpose, but Patty disagrees.

Vote now:

1) Funny because it was a mistake.
2) Not funny because someone will open our garbage.

haha i say a lil of both, funny mistake,and funny someone will be opening garbage, hehehe

Sorry I guess I am kinda twisted because I find it funny but I am sure you it will not be the first bag of garbage they open.!!

ps love you called it "Value Village" and not "village o valuer" or whatever they call it here hehe

LOL...the first time I ever had sushi was in Halifax, so I know there is at least one place in NS. I live in Thunder bay (the absolute middle of no-where in Canada) and we have 2 sushi places, so I bet there is at least one place in Cape Breton that sells it.

:giggles: I hope there is nothing with your name and address on the top of that garbage bag or else you might get a nasty call telling you to pick up your trash. But like someone said above, I'm sure this is the the first time it happened by accident or on purpose.

Is there anyway you can call them to warn them?

I wish I could warn them. Maybe tomorrow morning before they open I can go over there with the real bag and take the other one back or just tell them to throw it out. I know that some people actually do give them garbage to be nasty but really I am not one of those people. LOL

I am so sad I had no clue :shrug: It has been 16years since I lived in the city and the rare times we get off the island we usually go to kiddie restaurants like McDonalds when we are on the road.:omg:
