She sounds like she was a wonderful woman who brought cheer to many! How old is Lily? My son was four when my mom passed away, and they were very close. At that age, he was old enough to have very strong and wonderful memories of her! I hope your husband is coping okay, some men hide their true feelings...
She was a wonderful lady.Lily is 3 and a half and I do hope she is able to remember the fun she had with her Nan.DH is coping not too bad.His father died 16 years ago in a tragic accident so compared to that his mother's death is much easier.His father was only 56 when he fell off his bicycle and hit his head.At the time there was no helmet laws in N.S., not that the ones today work!!It has been a rough few months.Our groomsman died in a car accident on Boxing day and now this.:( At least we have our health,family,friends and each other to help threw these rough times.Quote:
