I wish I could put some adults back in sex ed class cause there are a ton of people out there that still have the facts wrong.
nope it was fine Patty it's just at that age age they are too young to fully understand it and to be honest it scares me to have to have that conversation with my boys lol i've already tried to explain what a homosexual is to my oldest son and he still didn't quit understand :(
I have had ALL the convos with my son and although some need repeating and even rewording at times at least it is coming from me and not another child.
My take on it is if they ask me I tell them in an age appropriate way with proper words or pictures.
As long as you tell them the facts & atleast you are making a attempt at it. I have met 20 year olds in university who think lesbians are a cult or something. It blows my mind.Quote:
