As far as I know, we have never had an IGA in T-Bay. Often T-Bay is the start and end point that separates Western VS Eastern companies...such as Safeway and at one time both Old Dutch and Robin's Donuts. Even the Superstore groups T-Bay with Manitoba for their flyers and sales. :icon_scratch:
