Quick questions for all the coupon experts out there...
RCSS is having a NO TAX weekend. In small print it say "cannot be combined with other promotional offers". Can I still use coupons or are they considered to be promotional offers? The wording or sales and coupons still confuses me. :-~ I don't want to get to the check out and find out I can't use my coupies.
