At the right time, a kind word from a stranger, or encouragement from a friend, can make all the difference in the world. Kindness is free, but it's priceless. ~ Doe Zantamata

oh my goodness the neatest thing!! well we are overwintering a few plants in the shop because it needs to stay above freezing in there anyways and I was out watering them and I saw a ladybug crawling on them! poor thing. the thing is the plants have aphids and other bugs now because they were outside and the bad bugs were being taken care of by the good bugs but then they get moved inside and the bad bugs stay on there because the good bugs are not around anymore. but there is still a good bug!! a lonely little ladybug that has way too many bad bugs to feed on to keep up! lol the only thing is that the ladybug is kind of looking a little sluggish or something-I don't think ladybugs normally stay awake over the winter. poor thing. well I had to share! it is neat!

Back from the traumatic experience that was the vet visit with my friend's cats. Well, the big boy was ok, but his sister cried & his mom hid, poor things. The vet is ok, but not a huge fan of vets that want you to buy the food they supply. Held the big boy while the others were getting checked to keep him happy.
When I got back, my guys checked me over. Quincy cat is still ticked that I dared hold another cat, & Lily dog was miffed that I didn't bring the cat home.

awww Andit. they will get over it. just like my kitty will get over not understanding why on earth I would want to do housework when he is there to be played with! lol
I think I screwed up somewhere with Felix-when I was unable to do anything because of surgery I spent 24/7 with him and he grew up with that and now I think he expects me to spend 24/7 with him still but it is now like 20/7. lol well maybe 18/7 because I go on SC quite a bit.
I think Felix is starting to think SC is evil because it takes me away from him. lol well and the other stuff I have to do.

Too bad you're not closer. Lily dog would love to entertain him.
Housework is not too bad for me, but you should see what goes on when I'm cooking in the kitchen. I have one on either side of me, praying I'm clumsy enough to drop something on the ground.
Of course, that's cause I never feed them.
