avatar gone wrong

so i tried changing it ...
its one that streams..
i know right now it looks like a sweaty guy and it looks inappropriate...

but when it moves, it actually is him waking up from a nightmare and he turns around and sees the burger king KING from the commercials laying right next to him...

anyone know how i can make it move? it does on my computer but when i put it up it does nothing.

KD is having the same problem with the one I made her of Alex.

I'm wondering if it's because you two do not have a program that will show you animated GIF's ?

I suggested to her Irfran View.

I don't know if that's the issue... it has me stumped since I can get mine working fine.

However I have not idea what elliott is talking about...I just see the penguin slapping the other penguin in the head.
