I just got back from Australia and I found that getting my tickets on a combination of Expedia, Cheapoflights.com and travelocity worked for me. Check all of these websites. One word of caution, however, when comparing prices...United Airlines charges you for every bag, checked or not!!! They don't list that on the website so their price might be cheaper, but the nasty surprise fees at the airports are a big surprise. I paid $40 American at the LA airport for one checked bag and a backpack!!!!

Thanks Thumpersmom! I'll definitely keep that in mind when checking out those sites!

check www.kayak.com and also www.southwest.com, although southwest isnt that good when it comes to last minute but worth checking. www.priceline.com is also good, but beware it is a bidding system - you can inform yourself on how it works and get an idea of current bids at www.biddingfortravel.com . www.hotwire.com isnt as cheap as priceline but still good. Good luck

You can go check with a travel agent too. Sometimes they have companies they work called air consolidators who can offer bulk discount prices!

i find that the airline directly has lower prices than the travel websites and no booking fees. use kayak or expedia to do a general search and find out which airlines offer service. then go directly to the airlines website usually more flight options this way too. if you don't mind a connection check flights out of buffalo. save a lot on taxes alone that way as it is a domestic flight instead of international.

Sidestep.com is another good place to shop for fares. It searches various airlines and gives you all the results. Good luck in your search.
