What a great story! Good on your BF and his dad to have such a wonderful idea on how to rescue these little guys...I don't know what I would have done in that situation...freaked out most likely....lol
I'm glad the kitties are Ok, and if you call to check up on them make sure you let us know how they're doing!!!!

Wow, I have a lump in my throat. That poor baby doesn't look too good but maybe he hasn't used his 9 lives up yet.

Thanks for sharing your awesome experience. Its too bad you couldn't get the help you needed but the Fire Department is expected to be on call for humans and the animal shelters are to be on call for the animals. Why were all the emergency numbers for the animals answering machines or nobody home? Call them today and ask them to cover the whole or get them to talk to the owners of the industrial park and advise them of the danger they have on their property not just to animals but to small children whose legs could fall down there.

That completly breaks my heart but I am so thankful that people took the time and effort to rescue those kittens. I hope they find good homes after this.

just called the shelter...the other didnt make it....
and the first kitty is in really bad condition but at least she/he is still alive..won't be up for adoption until she/he is spayed/neutered and weighs at least 2.2 pounds and has a clean bill..they will call me when he is all healthy..and i can give them a call whenever to check up on his status! very nice people there!!My referral link to ShopperArmy!
