No cheese, scallops or tofu or brocolli .. I think there was some carrots in the casserole I had with supper.

This evening I had some instant chicken noodle soup (Knorr), later I had a cup of chocolate chai tea with honey and a blueberry oatmeal cookie.

I have not had it, but I have seen tins of it for sale at the London drugs!

No food at all yet today, but I did have some strong black tea with milk and honey. Will eat a couple of nectarines in a few minutes.

No coffee or junk yet today... missed breakfast (just tea) because I was in a hurry and excited about the CPA email! For lunch I had carrot soup, one of those little cheeses wrapped in wax, and a biscuit. I have some nectarines packed for this afternoon.
