I know everyone is going to think this is a weird brag but trust me this is an awesome brag. First of all we are relacing 6 windows in our house. We got quote after quote from the "big" companies but finally decided on giving our business to a local place here in Winnipeg. The windwos are all locally made and we met with the guy who actually makes them. They actually took us on a tour of their warehouse, answered all of our questions, showed us the difference between their windows etc. We are also savings tons of money since my dad is putting them in for us. It will only cost us a gift for him

So here is my breakdown for this brag:

Brag #1: Amazing Customer Service that you rarely see anymore
Brag #2: Amazing quality of Windows backed up by lifetime warranties
Brag #3: Windows that we can actually open in our house (most of the other cranks are all broken and will no longer work...I need fresh air!)
Brag #4: Free instillation by my dad which is saving us hundreds of dollars!

Awesome!!! Are they from Voyageur? We had a wonderful experience with them when they installed our windows in October. Unfortunately we didn't know anyone crafty enough to install them, but we LOVE the windows!!

No they are from a place called Noble windows. They do not usually sell to the public which is why most people have not heard of them including us!

Very exciting! It's a funny thing to get excited about, but I understand. I just ordered the one window to replace in the office, it came in yesterday so I am excited too! LOL (My windowsill was rotted, my husband could put his arm right through the wall.)

I feel your excitement! We had all our windows replaced last year (17 of 'em), and they're SO much nicer than the old crap that came with our house. I still love them!

We had a home energy audit done first, so we got a government rebate on each replaced window. $60 a window added up pretty well! If you're planning a major home renovation like this and your province has a home energy program like Nova Scotia does, I'd highly recommend you do it. As well as being very informative and saving us in energy costs, we got nearly $2,000 back in rebates.

    Z
