That is awful. I ran over several (small) trees and into a ditch 3 years ago. I am glad you are okay, and hope your pain goes away. Mine did with the help of my chiropractor.

thanks so much for the kind post! yeah, it was pretty crazy..we hit some ice and the car just kept hitting the guardrail posts like ping pong. terrible mashed up on that side...i had neck and shoulder pain. thankfully some heat is helping. thanks for checking in.
