I'm very sorry to hear about your cat pulling out his fur like that. Geez that's awful. I don't know what you could do about that. It's terrible if he has to wear one of those things around his neck to stop him, animals hate those things and I can't blame them. I know some animals that are very bored have been known to do things like that, as in some in captivity or at a shelter too long. Wish I could help out, I feel sorry for him...
