Oh no. Nothing worse than a busy busy SCer hobbled! Hope it's not as bad as last time? I remember when I twisted mine, I felt so helpless. And mad lol, wasn't the pain that got to me, it was the being slowed down part!
I'm going to see if I can get this fella to come over and help
