I e-mailed them because the sponges fell apart (both of them) in less than a week. They sent 3 $2 coupons to replace it. Then, a couple weeks later I just asked for coupons and they sent me a $1 coupon. I got some more sponges and they're awesome! I also love their Scotch tapes.

really from 3M? would they send more even if i just ermailed them with a complaint?
