i just open the photo in PAINT
and then go to
Image
Resize/Skew
and i adjust the size to 50 50 or 60 60 (or whatever) instead of 100 100 and it shrinks the pic. save and re-upload

thanks for shrinking my pic! I tried and I think I am doing something wrong. If you have chance could you PM me a crasah course in how to no have huge pics
