For the online coupons, people get their friends/family to also sign up for these coupons, and pass them on. Usually in return for products in their stockpile

I have been reading about some peeps having multiple coupons.

How do you go about getting multiple copies of Red Plum, Smart Source, or the ones from the mail sites?
