I have spoken to HO and the store, "it is not up to customers how the coupons are entered" - I just don't go to that store at all despite it being closer
I watch them on joeycoleman.ca - he livestreams not only council meetings, but many of the smaller committees too, makes for interesting watching (I have it on in the background while working, I like some noise, may as well learn something too)
