(had to split into two msgs, sorry!) The last kind of shops I did were at fast food restaurants. Like the store shops I was given a specific budget and sometimes had to buy something specific, other times I could get whatever I wanted. They were the cheapest reimbursement but I liked them the best, they were easy and gave me the opportunity to eat out when I typically could not afford to. Hope that helps!
Typically I was sent to stores to inquire on employees' knowledge on products/services and never had to actually buy anything. Those shops I got paid anywhere from 10-20 bucks (depending on how long was required interacting with the employee). Other shops I had were required to purchase something, typically I was given a budget of anywhere from 5-15 that would get reimbursed. I was welcome to go over that amount, but I would only get the set amount back. Some shops require a specific purchase, other times it is just to rate the customer service at the cash so did not matter what it was. Once the shop was done I would scan my receipts and send them in (or I could mail them in but would take way too long to get paid). These shops typically pay less than the ones that require no purchase because you are getting something for free out of it.
Hello ! as i have to shop for 2 families,i thought :why not make it a little bit more enjoyable ( i hate shopping) can you tel me from your experience how the mystery shopper works do we have to buy things first and be reembursed by the company or do they send coupons or money or something are they just paying your purchases .....if so is it considered as a revenue ? thank you so much have a great Easter WE
