I haven't felt anything with this tooth thing but he still says I need to do all this stuff, but that's a good point to get something just in case. I'm worried about so many time changes too!!!! Hi E! I was just reading about your dental stuff and I have a quick suggestion. My hubby always has teeth trouble so any time we fly someplace far from home he goes to the walk in clinic, pleads his case and gets a prescription for an antibiotic just in case. I think the pressure from flying aggravates his whole head not just his ears and he always seems to have trouble after he flies so he does the anitbiotic so he doesnt have to seek out a doctor if he has a problem. Just a thought...

Here is the Quinoa recipe-4 cups cooked Quinoa. Whisk together 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/8 lime juice, 1 tsp dry mustard. 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 cup olive oil ( i use bertolli extra light tasting cause I find reg olive oil too strong) Pour the dressing over the Quinoa, then add diced tomatoes, cucumbers, about 1/4 cup of each or however much you want to add. The recipe calls for videlia onion but I usually leave it out cause we generally eat it as a lunch dish. It is very fresh tasting, I think because of the lime juice! Have a great day

Hi There. I found it a quite good. It focuses on some CIA agents trying to get information on where Osama is. There are a few torture scenes at the beginning when they try to get a few terrorists to talk. The raid at the end goes just like the Navy Seal who was on W5 the other week described it. Its just over 2 1/2 hours long.

Hey Evelyn! Let me know what you think of Zero Dark Thirty, I am trying to decide if all the hype is because it is so pro american or if it is actually a good movie and whether I want to see it or not. Hope you enjoy both of them...
