I wish I could see him all content and purring like an outboard motor. I just think, this little creature was homeless only a short while ago... then he adopted you.

hugs to Apollo I get the Humane Society enewsletter, so I regularly get tempted to adopt and I want to grab 10 puppies and kitties. Good to hear he turned out so well. I hope all those others are in happy homes too

Yes, I had to euthanize my dear Alistair nine days ago. I had him for 14 and a half years. He was a very gentle and handsome boy. We had quite a bond after all that time.

Oh that's good to hear so many cats were adopted, hopefully to good homes.

I just read you lost your cat? Was that recently? Sorry to hear that, always hard to lose a pet. I'm sure your new roommate will be wonderful as well.

The shelter was VERY busy today. The parking lot was full and I did see a lot of cats being adopted. I've subscribed to their online newsletter and will watch for news about the Indy 500. My new friend is all over the computer keyboard, very distracting!

How wonderful of you!!!!!! Do you know if they were able to find many homes today? Awww, this is good news for one lucky kitty
