Aww! Poor girl. Hang in there, and get back on that horse when you feel you're able to. It's one of the hardest things to do, but I know you'll make it!! I'm here if you need to vent.

Things are well here - just going to get some skiing in on Thursday before the snow all melts!

Just noticed it's Day 1 of quitting smoking for you! I wish you all the best - it's an incredibly difficult task, but each day gets easier. I quit a little over 2 years ago, so know what you're going through - if you need support, don't hesitate to give me a shout!!
