Yeah we have another one intoday, but my dh seasoned it it smells divine, if theres one thing he can do is take anything and make it taste awesome, so cant wait to try this one...hope he doesnt want another one the next day as well..lol

Yeah, glad it turned out so good! I forgot to tell you, the only problem I have sometimes is getting it out of the crockpot in one piece...LOL!

You can do the same thing with a pork roast if you all like that!

No I didnt add anything else to the roast, it was so tender my dh pushed on it a little and it just fell apart...lol..he was in heaven..I can get it pretty tender in the oven, but we debated slicing it with meat slicer...lol..not a chance with this one
