Hmmm... That I used to have the same problem..
May I suggest contacting HO at both stores for a full print-out of their couponing rules and regulations? I had to do that, and now I just pull-out my piece of paper and "prove it" whenever someone doesn't believe me.

I agree that is the way it should be(the one coupon per purchase thing) but neither walmart or rcss follow that. For them, it's one coupon. Period. Sucks, i know.
