The person who is receiving the mail might not know what is going on. What if they told their mom that they aren't receiving all of the mail at their house so she's going to send it to hers instead. The mom wouldn't say no, nor would she be going through the mail.

My neighbour always has mail delivered to my house - I don't know why? Maybe he has forgotten his own address!! haha But I just walk to his house and put it in his mailbox. I don't ask any questions or go through it, etc.

However - I think this person is using their own address. If they had really been that smart, they would have gotten a p.o. box instead of using a residential address. Try to find someone who lives in the area so they can take pictures and post them on the internet; that would be better, in my opinion. Do you have any idea how fast it is to mass email stories??? Eventually it would get to someone who knows the person.

But, you would have to make sure you 100% have the right person.
