It finally let me----good grief!!! I just kept checking after every couple times I'd give rep to someone else, and finally!!!!!!

She obviously didn't care about other people...I heard she was one of the major complainers about the chit chat. So...I guess she was majorly pissed at me for causing such a ruckus about how the whole thing was handled.
