no diploma needed, I did alot of online research, and being a mom is all the experience you really need, and if you take kids that are your childs age, it makes is much easier for you and your child, because you likely have alot of the things you need. I run it like a preschool, having a planned day filled with activities and learning so that all of us stay interested and motivated.
