It's a simple add-on for firefox just download (free) and use it - google 'reload every firefox'. My wife uses Opera and its already installed. If you're worried about being banned then don't do it, but all of the long time members of swagbucks here do.

i've never actually used one of those programs so i wouldn't know the first way how to go about using them, i just remember previous websites that had a similar set up and they banned many members due to using what they called "cheating programs"

Lot's of us do it, I've been doing it daily for 3 months. I don't think they care - they're getting paid by sponsors for each view - swagbucks is being paid more for our time than they're paying us . If the sponsors started having a problem I imagine there'd be a blog post warning us to stop. They don't want to lose us, after all, we make them money.

i don't think i'd want to attempt an auto refresh, i worry that they would catch something like that and block accounts (i've seen it done on other sites)
