That is quite alright my friend. There is a local place here that makes bagels like in Montreal. There used to be a place in TO called St Viator Bagels Bakery or some thing like that. To me the ones here and in Montreal are the best... next time I get some will freeze a few for you. I am exhausted... Sleep tight sweetie
