People are so cruel... and often I think that I prefer animals... over some people. My husband does the cooking and he always tries something creative....with the turkey. the last two years he smoked it in his smoker/charcoal grill. With just the 3 of us, we may not even get a bird unless we can find a tiny one... have you got your meal planned? We have work to do in our garden..., front porch needs sealing and back deck needs staining.... Lots to do... As for Devo... I hope Lucky behaves himself. I actually wanted the long haired kitten that Chers/ Char posted. It reminded me so much of Sammie... Oh well. Devo needs love... and she will get it from us.....
Sweet back to you....Aussie Girl is doing well - it will be a year this Oct 20 that she came home to us...and what a love she is - how any one could have abused her and want her put down..totally disgusts me - but enough energy spent on those lowlifes...its a new world for her as it will be for the cat you are adopting..keep me posted how the cats gets along what plans do you have this weekend
You are so sweet and kind to your family.... and I am sure they all appreciate your hard work... How's your puppy? We are adopting a 3 year old cat whose family is moving and are not allowed to have any pets... I love animals and I know she woulsd most likely be stuck at the the humain society.... It is yet to be seen how Mr. Lucky will react....
usually head to the cottage but a couple of relatives can no longer make the trek north, and need wheel chair access - so am hosting Thanksgiving here....small this year about 12 - 15 (always last minutes deciders!!!) sadly Nana is not doing very well so having her here si the best...love her so much... looks like it will be am awesome weekend.............then it will soon be snow dance time

I am doing well.... and working hard....My daughter is doing well. She is on some special meds and we take it one day at a time... I am hopeful once her puberty eases up..... her condition will as well! I am happy that things are going well with you and yours
Been busy was away out west for almost 3 weeks skiing....trying to get caught up with everything How are you and how is your daughter doing?
TY for your message...Aussie Girl is pretty special, and I felt awful going away, but knew she was in good hands and with people she knew... next far away trip is not til September.....until then Aussie comes on all cottage excursions and weekend jaunts as she is so part of the family...but to make then fly well thats just not a plus in my books....plus she would have benn alone while we were skiing all day ect....I fell very lucky to have her she is one amazing dog.....have a great day...heading out to shop the cupboards are empty and I am starving....ttfn

my neice and her hubby dog sat - so she got to stay in her own familiar surroundings...she's curled up beside me now on the couch...........think she was spoiled rotten to be sure...and rightly so... cheers
