How are people getting the credit from Walmart when using the $5.00 off icecream/cones from the cereal box? I talked to the manager at Walmart with the coupon policy in hand. They said that if it said $5.00 then that would be okay but because it says up to $5.00 then they have to record the actual price of item. It made sense I just saw that so many people were able to use it and I was crossing my fingers. Did I do something wrong? Help.
