i din't realize either about the expiry date, until i made it up and the cheese was almost brown.

and i also did not know but you can fook up making the stuff too. i've had it go gooey, hard, salty, runny, sticky, you name it.

I totally agree... The only one worth buying is the pc white cheddar!... Never really thought about the expiry date... had a few with dark orange cheese so I just chucked it... lol duh!
