On the other hand Gapbuster has been getting bad press lately for paying very late. I hate to stop shopping for them since they have some huge bonused shops.

That letter was definitely a scam. Real mystery shopping companies have websites where you sign up. They usually have a job board for you to select jobs to do. They pay AFTER you do the job. They...
