ol, I never knew how to use this. I didn't ignore your message, first time I am seeing it. Sorry. If I recall it was the beginning of the digital ones. For food and snacks on a spend so much get 18500 immediately. It also redeemed the digital offer and awarded later. I am guessing it may work when it is an in store flyer offer for points that has nothing to do with combining digital offers. Hope that helps.
