Beets are always excellent, going to freeze beet soup too, Then onto brussel sprouts for the freezer awswell as peppers and i have to pickles some hot peppers aswell. Lots to do, at least i didn't have to do relish this year or tomatoes, lots left from last yr.

Thanks for the rep! I hope the beets turned out ok! I have to go pull mine tomorrow if it doesn't rain, carrots too. I would like to get beets, carrots, and sweet pickles done this week. Have a nice evening!
