I lost most of my friends after they went off to college and I stayed here and had kids but I do have a few that have as little time on there hands as I do so we get together every once and a while ( like 6 months or more). Its funny because I never feel like going out any more but when I finally do I have so much fun and don't shut up the entire night because I never hang out with other girls besides family. Every girl needs girl talk its like therapy! To bad we are so far away from each other we could go out for drinks and the boys and kids could play lol.

OMG! That sounds just like my DH I am a SAHM to so I have to wait until dh or some one else can take the boys so I can do something. When DH is done work he is free to do what he wants my job never ends and he just cant get that! He is always bugging me to go out and join something and Im like ok well when can I go. He goes to kickboxing mon, wed, and fri. then works later on tues. and thurs. because he rush`s to get done the rest of the week to go to his class Ahhhhhhhh! He is lucky he`s cute and is a good provider lol. Its like having a third child at times though and the worst part is he`s 10 years older then me so you would think he would be a little more mature!

Im in the same boat! Hubby and the boys still DnD/RPG every couple of weeks like they are still 16 yr old little boys! They have a yearly "Christmas party" that apparently spouses are invited to yet I cant stand (i say this extreamly stongly) their gaming so why would I go! Oh and then the 2-3 times a year he tries to "head to the cabin" for a gaming weekend!!!! Like really!!!!! GROW UP!!!

Before married life I was a "at the bar every weekend, no cares in the world, love my freedom" type of person. Now all I do is be at home with kids, do the shopping and coupon. No job cause Im a stay at home mom. I gave up my life and those ppl gave up on me when I stopped coming out. So i really have no one. He figures anytime he's home I can get up and go. and I always say "where and with who???" They really just dont understand!!!!
