Goes thru each province and little tid bits, photos on each. It's worth getting, imo--you do get the actual box of cereal, too! I got this long ago and actually used FPC for the cerwal with this book offer on it, lol! But I would've payed the $ for the cereal and the book! And it comes with that $1 rice kispies coupon!
