That is what I have been told. I am keeping everything, but then I am painting, putting in window and a fence so I should be hitting the max! Also it starts from Jan 28th this year to Jan 28th (or around that date next year) So if you want to do something like flooring, but not until the spring, you can ordered before the dead line and have it done in the spring. You just have to make sure that you get a workover/purchase oder dated before the cut off.
