yes they have champix in the US but it is called Chantix there - worth getting info from Dr about it

NL = Newfoundland - northeast Canada - has many small communities - community we plan on retiring to has about 700 people there - max was about 1500 about 13 yrs ago before fish plant closed - like nearest Walmart is even hour and 1/2 away
